這次滑雪之行能這麼完美，這家公寓式酒店功不可沒！位置簡直絕了 前台小庫服務特別好 辦理入住時服務細緻入微，面帶微笑, 房間超暖和，滑雪凍僵的手腳很快就緩過來了。而且酒店還能幫忙保管雪具，不用拖着沉重的裝備上下樓，太省心。房間寬敞，能攤開整理滑雪裝備，床很舒服，累了一天也能睡個好覺。下次來滑雪，肯定還住這兒！

這次入住體驗超棒，尤其要給前台小庫 肉孜江點贊！辦理入住時我對房型有點糾結，前台工作人員特別有耐心，詳細介紹每種房型的特點，還幫忙對比價格，讓我選到了最適合的房間。入住後有任何問題，打電話過去都能快速解決，真的很靠譜！

硬件挺好的，衞生也不錯，就是前台總沒人，問啥都不清楚。開房還給我房間開重了，我進去的時候房間裏有人，互相都嚇壞了。

酒店硬件設施好，大廳現代，寬敞；日式餐廳環境和食材，口味都非常到位，我們一家四口連續2晚的晚餐就是在這家可可託海最好的日式餐廳，壽喜鍋，鐵板燒都非常棒；最值得點讚的還是酒店的服務，不但周到，對客人提出的要求都通情達理，儘量滿足，前台的小特和小肉接待客户總是笑容可掬，每天回到酒店就有賓至如歸的感覺！

住過這麼多酒店，六排房酒店絕對能排前列！位置便利，環境宜人，房間乾淨整潔，設施也齊全 。前台的小白和阿力江特別熱情，辦理入住很快，還細心解答各種問題。有次我遇到麻煩，他們立馬幫忙解決。來這住就對了！
